Our Mission

Our mission is to guide you in cultivating self-care and wholeness with traditional Yoga practice. A sense of inner well-being and harmony is achieved through the coordination of breath, movement and the awareness of how our body feels. Our classes provide a compassionate, safe and accessible space for all people. 

We are a Live and Online Yoga Studio

Founders Eve Delachartre and Rebecca Rozario are Certified Yoga Teachers and a mother-daughter duo. Yoga has been in our family for over 50 years across 3 generations.

We specialize in offering a Yoga that is truly adaptable to your unique body!

We are passionate about sharing Yoga classes for people of all ages and physical abilities.  Our diverse Yoga offerings provide a profound experience of mindfulness in motion.  Through deep breathing and embodied yoga poses, you will have the ability to inquire within and find your best-self in body, mind and energy. What We Believe

Yoga is for Everyone

Our teachers meet students at their level of ability in the present moment, regardless of body type, age or condition.  We offer a variety of classes with posture modifications during practice as necessary to ensure safety and optimal benefit.  Our classes build strength, energy and flexibility through a gentle revitalizing approach. The effects are long lasting for comfortable daily functioning and recreation.

Yoga is Mindfulness

We believe Yoga practice is bigger than postures (asanas) and reaches many aspects of our wellbeing. Breath work (pranayama) is the primary anchor between the inner-self and the outer world. Students are guided to move at the rhythm of slow deep breathing to match presence of mind with the body’s sensations. The body gradually progresses towards healthier neurological pathways and calmness of mind.

Yoga is Wellness

Through Yoga, we integrate the physical, emotional and energy bodies to promote total wellness.  With time and practice, it is possible to reduce or eliminate stiffness and pain.  We discover that we don’t need to push ourselves to extreme limits to feel good, flexible and strong. We add playfulness and an attitude of open-mindedness to experience possibilities we never anticipated. Yoga further allows us to tap into the attributes of peace, resilience and longevity.
